La segunda vez que visitamos la isla , una estancia excelente. Una isla única , todavía muy natural con unas playas vírgenes y con una atención única.

se debe coger un vuelo nacional de 50 minutos. Lo tramita el hotel pero es muy caro (se paga una vez llegas al hotel)

La gente del hotel es muy amable , todos sonríen y están dispuestos a ayudarte siempre

El señor que te recibe al llegar al hotel ( a partir de ahora el mafioso ) , nada más llegar te saca una factura de los transfers y una PCR para todos los huéspedes. Le explicamos que no necesitamos PCR de vuelta todos porque hacemos escala en istambul y están todos vacunados menos uno y nos lanza la primera amenaza . SI NO OS DEJAN ENTRAR YO NO ME HARE RESPONSABLE SI NO OS HABEIS HECHO LA PCR ( por la cual cobran 150 USD x huésped ). Le decimos que no pasa nada que no la necesitamos . Para sorpresa de la única persona que tiene que hacerse la PCR al volver a España . A los 2 días de estar en el resort y a 6 días de irse a España le dejan una nota que por problemas del médico solo puede hacer la prueba al día siguiente (5 días antes de la vuelta a España) pero indican en la nota que no nos preocupemos porque en la fecha de la prueba pondrá que se realizó el día de antes de salir ( para que en España te dejen entrar claro ). Nos dirigimos automáticamente a recepción a hablar lo ocurrido y nos encontramos con unas 5 familias más en la misma situación que nosotros . Una vez hablamos con "EL MAFIOSO" nos hace una segunda amenaza . Diciendo que lo hace por nosotros ya que si no es así lo único que podemos hacer es ir a male una noche antes buscar un sitio nosotros y que nos den la prueba .. ante esto no puedes hacer nada estás en una isla privada , en un país el cual desconoces y solo te queda aceptar para poder volver a casa. En cuanto al resultado de la prueba de dudosa procedencia el resultado me lo dan el mismo día que me voy del resort ( obvio resultado negativo ya tenía claro antes de que me la hiciesen que iba a dar negativo "modo ironía on" ). También decir que la comida del resort es bastante pésima , la ternera estaba todos los días dura , de los 10 platos que hay para elegir más de la mitad tiene picante ..

The staff was professional and very respectful. When we arrived at the reception, they were waiting for us with cold towels for us to chill after the hot ride. The restaurant’s food was very diverse and fresh. We had the best pineapple ever. Every night had a different theme of food at the restaurant, from Maldivian night to Italian night. There is a fish feeding every night at 19:30.

Although the food is plentiful and lots of choices not really a highlight but considering the logistics of supplies etc they certainly put a lot of effort.

The resort really feels like a private island sometimes. The scenery is outstanding, the staff is (mostly) exceptionally friendly. We had issues when arriving and the staff went above and beyond to arrange us a transfer.

Mosquitos and sand flies. Stocking up on repellents and some soothing creams is essential. There's only a very basic shop on the island and it's somewhat overpriced. The gym equipment is somewhat old..

Paradise , exactly what the Maldives is about, not a corporate 5 star Luxury resort but just what you want , a desert island with soft white sand and turquoise blue warm sea. you want to see people go to a town , Place feels like it’s yours , never see anybody except for meal times…just wonderful.. Bungalows right on the beach , outside showers, good bed and plenty of room

Beware, they will try and squeeze every dollar out of you , not much to buy but what there is is expensive .

Staff was exceptional, surprised me with a birthday cake and decorations in room and dining. Room attendant ensured we were adequately tended to.

Amazing stay and it is worth the money! the island is a unique resort among all others thanks to wild nature, fantastic beaches, cleanliness, great amenities but at the same time you can feel as the only person in this island!! during our stay almost all bungalows were occupied but other people we only saw in the restaurant and bar. it was exactly what we were looking for to relax and feel the beauty of Maldives in a peaceful place. it was definitely one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen and visited. I did very detailed research before booking and comparing to other islands this one is still very wild, not destroyed by high hotel buildings and other human infrastructure. this is for people who are not looking for crowded places, loud music, animations, mass entertainment. In addition we had a domestic flight what was additional highlight- fantastic views, surprise with complimentary buffet breakfast in Male airport lounge. resort staff assisted us during every part of the trip. Food was very good and we were positively surprised after other comments in booking.com. cocktails and drinks in all inclusive option were great and in a good quality!

the only thing to improve is to ensure that food in the restaurant is kept in fridges with low temperature, right now food like salads or cheese/meet are in small fridges with temperature around 17-20 what is too high in my opinion

Generally the hotel is nice and calm. It is quite minimalistic, there are only bungalows, restaurant, reception and bar, nothing else. But is you are looking for calm and relaxed stay - this hotel fits good. Island is big and there is a plenty space to walk around.

One moment almost ruined all our experience about this hotel. One night before our departure we were asked to change the room for lower level one, because "some VIP guests from the resort owner unexpectedly coming and they need our room". In exchange we were proposed a free massage:) Actually it was not cool at all to tell such things to clients. Luckily we had option to refuse such "generous proposal" and to stay in our room till the end of our stay in the hotel.

Île-hotel au calme sans chichi. Amateur de clubs avec animations s'abstenir ! Il vous faudra vous satisfaire de balades le long de la plage, plongée, admirer la faune (poissons, tortures, raies, nombreux bernards l'ermite, crabes, caméléons, chauves-souris géantes, 1 chat) et la flore luxuriante. Repos assuré ! J'ai logé dans une chambre seule avec mes 2 ados de 13 et 15 ans. Un lit d'appoint avait été installé, assez confortable, le grand lit était assez spacieux pour que j'y dorme avec ma fille. J'ai logé 6 nuits dans un beach bungalow et 2 nuits dans un deluxe, lequel est légèrement plus grand (en largeur), a une baignoire (sans utilité) mais surtout un accès direct à la plage, ce qui permet d'aller flemmarder sur son transat au soleil en évitant les moustiques de la terrasse de la chambre et d'accéder à la mer sans rochers. L'all inclusive donne droit aux 3 repas de la journée (buffets) avec boissons (softs, alcools, cocktails) ainsi qu'une PETITE collation sucrée et salée entre 16 et 18h au bar de la piscine. Le buffet a convenu à tous: salades, soupe, pain, divers plats chauds (poisson, poulet, pâtes,...), 3 desserts (mousse, panacotta et "umali"), des fruits. Il n'y a pas de préparations "minutes" hormis l'omelette du petit déjeuner et la découpe de fruits. Quelques sports nautiques: pêche en mer, plongée, jetski 129$/30min, catamaran, kayak 29$/1h, paddle 39$/1h. Ayant une autre réservation, je n'ai pas du me soucier du transfert par vol intérieur qui était pris en charge avec l'autre réservation mais je pense qu'il est facile de réserver ce vol via l'agence Maldivian airline. Nos avons très bien été pris en charge par le personnel de l’hôtel dès l'aéroport de Malé (pour nous conduire au transfert), pour le bateau, et le transfert des bagages.

Quelques chambres en bout de plage subissent la montée de la mer. Elles ne sont pas occupées mais mériteraient une rénovation, cela donne une impression de délabrement. Il manque quelques chaises longues sur le bord de la piscine ou en contrebas. Le personnel est assez sympathique et souriant mais un peu lent, surtout pour la préparation de cocktails (service de boissons à table) et à la réception pour remplir les nombreuses formalités exigées lors de l'arrivée.
